Start your morning in Sapa’s cool mountain air with a unique running adventure that blends fitness, nature, and culture. This downhill route from Sapa to Cat Cat, Y Linh Ho, and Lao Chai takes you through rice terraces, traditional H’Mong villages, and breathtaking mountain views. Along the way, spot water buffalo, meet locals, and capture unforgettable photos. A taxi will pick you up at the end, so you don’t have to worry about the uphill return.

Meet in Sapa Town and warm up with your guide. Run down to Cat Cat Village and see the waterfall, wooden houses, and villagers at work. Continue through Muong Hoa Valley to Y Linh Ho and enjoy sweeping rice terrace views. Break at Y Linh Ho to stretch and take photos.

Run towards Lao Chai, passing buffalo fields, bamboo groves, and panoramic terraces. Explore Lao Chai Village and meet local H’Mong families. End with a comfortable taxi ride back to Sapa.
