  • • From your hotel to your ship, with a full day on the coast
    Instead of a plain transfer from Santiago to the San Antonio cruise terminal, spend the day exploring Valparaíso and Viña del Mar on your way to the ship. We pick you up at your hotel or Airbnb in Santiago, and your luggage is kept safe throughout the day. The tour is truly private: your party travels with a local guide, who may also be your driver, and is never merged with other groups. We are a family-run business, and your guide adjusts the stops and the pace to what interests you.

    • Caleta Portales
    Visit Caleta Portales, a fishing cove where fishermen unload the day’s catch while sea lions, pelicans and seagulls wait nearby.

    • Viña del Mar
    Drive past the Flower Clock, Wulff Castle (1906) and the Tudor-style Ross Castle (1912). Stand before an authentic Moai from Easter Island, outdoors next to the Fonck Museum, and admire “La Défense,” an original bronze by Auguste Rodin, in the gardens of Palacio Carrasco. Continue along the coast past Reñaca Beach to the Peñón de Vida Marina, a rock where sea lions and seabirds rest.

    • Lunch your way
    Stop for lunch at a local restaurant your guide recommends. Lunch is not included, so you choose what and how much.

    • Cerro Alegre and Cerro Concepción
    Walk through Valparaíso’s most colorful hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site: the murals of Paseo Gálvez, the harbor views from Paseo Gervasoni and Paseo Atkinson, and the Piano Staircase. Ride the Ascensor Concepción, Valparaíso’s oldest funicular (1883).

    • On to your ship
    In the afternoon, drive to San Antonio and arrive at the DP World cruise terminal in time for boarding, between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM depending on your ship.

    • Prefer wine?
