Begin your tour with a hike to Laguna del Encañado, a historic mountain refuge at 2,600 meters above sea level, surrounded by native Andean vegetation. Along the trail, use binoculars and monoculars to observe the Mesón Alto Glacier.

Keep an eye out for condors, piuquenes, taguas, and Andean ducks. After your hike, enjoy an outdoor brunch with coffee, hot chocolate, sandwiches, cakes, and juices, all while taking in panoramic views of the Andes.

Next, head to Casa Chocolate, a landmark in Cajón del Maipo recognized for its distinctive architecture and artisan products, including chocolates, ice cream, and sweets.
