Enjoy a day of family fun and discovery at our Santa Ynez ranch, where children and adults can connect with gentle horses and friendly animals in a safe, welcoming environment. Choose from three memorable experiences designed for kids and families of all ages.

The Family Fun Ride invites children aged 6 and up to join their family for a one-hour adventure. Begin in the Pony Arena with an introduction and lesson, then head out together on a short trail ride toward the woods and river. Kids ride their own horse, guided and supported by experienced staff, ensuring a safe and joyful outing for everyone.

The Magical Pony Encounter is perfect for children aged 2 to 12. This one-hour session teaches kids how to lead, groom, tack, and ride, with plenty of time in the saddle on our gentle ponies. The experience includes a guided ride around the arena and a short trail ride into the woods. Parents can join on horseback or watch as their children learn and play. Unicorn requests make the day even more magical.

Round out your visit with a session at our Petting Zoo, where kids can meet, groom, and feed sheep, goats, and miniature horses. The Petting Zoo is free for children who join the Pony Encounter, or can be booked separately for a 30-minute session. Your adventure ends back at the ranch, leaving you with new skills, smiles, and cherished family memories.
