A must-see experience in San Vigilio: a hike starting from Pederü that takes us to the spectacular Picio Fanes alpine pasture (which means “Little Fanes”). We will encounter a river that suddenly emerges from a crater-shaped basin, as well as several lakes and streams surrounded by the majestic Dolomites. We will enter the magical world of the marmots, visiting the Marmot Parliament (a mythological site) and experiencing alpine life, with its cows and small mountain huts. A tasting of craft beer, brewed with spring water, is planned at Europe's highest microbrewery, located at 6,729 feet (2,050 meters) above sea level. There will also be an excellent optional opportunity for those who wish to order and sample some local dishes. Afterward, we will begin our return journey, passing by Lago Verde, Lago del Picio and finally returning to Pederü.
