What to Expect
Experience Puerto Rico with us and immerse yourself in the vibrant rhythms of our Coquito Sip Salsa, Merengue & Bachata Beach Class!
Your experience takes place at Playa El Último Trolley in Ocean Park Beach, San Juan. You’ll meet your instructor at the designated meeting point and enjoy a traditional shot of Puerto Rican coquito to kick things off. You’ll also get to keep the shot glass as a souvenir!
Your 1-hour class is divided into three fun sections—Salsa, Merengue, and Bachata—making it perfect for beginners and enjoyable for all levels.
Throughout the experience, you’ll enjoy 3 shots of coquito:
One at the beginning
One during the class
One at the end
Meeting Point & Directions
Beach Location: Playa El Último Trolley, Ocean Park Beach, San Juan, Puerto Rico
Meeting Point: The statue of Dr. José Celso Barbosa at Barbosa Park.
⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT: Please use Google Maps, NOT Apple Maps. Apple Maps may direct you to the wrong location.
Barbosa Park is a recreational center with a running track, tennis courts, and two parking areas. If you choose to drive, you may park in either parking area if spaces are available. From the meeting point, the beach and class location are across the street.
Uber is highly recommended, as parking in the area can be limited and difficult to find.

Notes & Recommendations
Bring a fully charged phone with enough storage for photos and videos.
Adults only — ages 18+. A valid ID may be required.
No previous dance experience or partner is necessary.
Dress comfortably and appropriately for the beach.
Bring water, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent.
The beach is open to the public, so you may have an audience watching the class.
Parking may be available in the two nearby parking areas, depending on availability.
Uber is strongly recommended.
