We will meet at Limacpampa Square and take public transportation to the district of San Jerónimo. At the house, you can make yourselves comfortable, and we will begin with a brief explanation of what we will be doing. We will build an oven out of clumps of earth. Then we will heat this oven to put the potatoes inside and cook them for an hour. Afterwards, it's time to eat. This snack is accompanied by cheese and Andean sauces. Optionally, we can add a chicken fillet, chorizo, or a piece of meat, depending on your preference. At the end, there is an optional walk to a nearby archaeological site. The activity ends at the bus stop, where you will be taken back to the district of Cusco.
