    • 8300 Camino Del Oro, La Jolla, CA 92037, USA | We will be meeting at the main lifeguard station at La Jolla Shores Beach. I’ll be near the main entrance doors, which face the ocean with a beach caddy full of yoga mats :) There is free parking available in the lot or along the street. I have attached a picture of the main lifeguard station as a reference. Please let me know if you are running late, as we will be leaving our meeting spot shortly after your session start time for a location on the beach. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. See you then!

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, yoga offers a pathway to peace in the heart and calm in the mind.

From our meeting point, we’ll take a short walk together to a quiet, secluded area of the beach. We’ll begin with a brief meditation to settle the mind and arrive fully in the moment. Surrounded by palm trees and the gentle rhythm of the waves, you’ll feel your worries melt away as we move into a blissful, one-hour yoga session—custom-tailored to your needs and experience level.

The session concludes with an optional lavender essential oil massage to the forehead and temples, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and renewed.

Note: Please allow up to 90 minutes for this experience, including time to walk to and from our quiet beach location.
