What you can expect

  • During a 1.5-hour tour of a farm in Sainte-Rose, learn about the profession of farmer, its challenges and the working methods used on a banana plot. You'll also enjoy a hands-on activity: harvesting bouquets of tropical flowers and taking cuttings!

    Bring: sneakers, long sleeves, rain gear, insect repellent.

    Then enjoy a delicious brunch delivered in a take-away box at the beautiful Anse des Cascades site.

    On the menu: Banana chips, 2 bonbon piments (spicy fritters), 2 green banana fritters, 4 samosas with green papaya, carrots, and curry cream, and palm heart with potato cream, Red palm heart salad (150 g), 2 turnovers with banana cream, lemon, cardamom, and cinnamon, or 2 sweet potato flans with a chocolate and praline center, 2 iced teas (30 ml).

    This tour is not recommended for children under 7 years old and people over 70 years old, due to steep and muddy paths.
