Join an immersive experience dedicated to discovering two pillars of French gastronomy. This workshop combines a discovery phase in the field and a tasting session in a “home-like” atmosphere.
The service begins with a guided tour of our wine château, in the heart of the Saint-Émilion vineyards, whose landscape is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We'll introduce you to the farm, its history, and the unique characteristics of our land. This introduction lets you see the starting point of wine production before we dive into the transformation processes.
The workshop continues indoors with an educational approach to making different types of cheese. This experience will also help you understand the concepts of appellation for these two products, explaining the criteria that define PDO, AOC, and PGI.
The session ends with a practical exercise: a tasting of 4 of our wines and 6 cheeses selected by our cheese partners.
