First stop: We will visit a coconut juice stall to enjoy a refreshing coconut juice infused with pineapple or tangy kumquat jam as we get to know the other guests and tour guides. Bánh Xèo is a savory Vietnamese crepe, bright yellow and crispy, filled with shrimp, pork, and vegetables, and served with sweet chili sauce and pickled sweet sauce for dipping. Afterward, we will visit an old apartment in District 10 for Chè, a traditional Vietnamese sweet soup, or creamy flan.
