We will pick you up in the morning from your hotel or accommodation in the city of Cusco and start our adventure to the north of the region. The first place to visit will be Chinchero, we will visit a local community to see the Textile Interpretation Center, we will also make a guided visit to the Archaeological Site of Moray considered the Inca Agricultural Laboratory, then we will pass through the town of Maras and also visit the Salt Mines. We will go to the town of Urubamba, where we will have a buffet lunch of our Peruvian cuisine. At noon, we will continue our journey to our restaurant in Urubamba. We will take advantage of the time to have a delicious and nutritious novo Andean buffet lunch, of the exquisite Cusquenian gastronomy. Continuing with our tour we head to the Archaeological Site of Ollantaytambo, which at the time of the Incas was a tambo or place to rest, it is also the starting point to reach the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. We will explore its most important stone buildings, such as the great stone terraces, the Temple of the Sun and the fountain of the Princess Baths of the time. Returning to Cusco we will head towards the town of Pisac. Arriving at the village we will ascend until we reach the archaeological site of Pisaq, which is built on top of a mountain. Returning to the town of Pisaq we will visit its picturesque handicraft market of the area, the local people are experts working minerals, we can make some purchases in the place. At the end of the excursion we will return to the city of Cusco, the tour will end in the San Francisco square, around 18:30 or 19:00 hours approximately. Altitude Cusco: 3,350 masl (10,990 feet).
