We tell you about the different economic actors of champagne, terroir and history(s) and what are our assets as winemakers to exist in this galaxy. PART II: Initiation to sabotage as Napoleon's Imperial Guard. You practice first on a control bottle, then on a full bottle. PART III: Tasting of the cuvée sabre and 2 other champagnes to choose from.
