Welcome to Turin, where elegance meets authentic, traditional cuisine. This is not a typical food tour—no tourist traps, just real local flavors. You’ll taste both classic and bold dishes loved by locals, guided by insider stories you won’t find in guidebooks.

Perfect for your first day, this experience combines a food tour with a walking tour. You’ll explore main squares, hidden streets, and receive tips to enjoy the city like a local.

We begin with a Bicerin, Turin’s iconic mix of espresso, chocolate, and cream, paired with Gianduiotto, the famous hazelnut chocolate. Then we explore savory specialties like vitello tonnato, tomino with salsa verde, and even calf tongue for the more adventurous.

A highlight is Porta Palazzo Market, the largest open-air market in Europe, where locals shop daily. Here, you’ll feel the city’s true energy and enjoy fresh pasta on the go.

We finish with Baci di Dama, Bonet, and a glass of hazelnut liqueur.
