You will discover the industrial process and the various varietes of century-old olive trees.
All of this is presented trough the vision of the French industrial architect and designer Philippe Starck.
The visit will last 1h30 and includes the tour of the Museum, the Mill, a walking tour through the farm showcasing centuries-old olive trees and plantation layouts followed by a professional tasting.
The tasting is conducted at a professional level, where you will learn to identify the positive attributes of extra virgin olive oil, as well as the differences between a mild and an intense oil. You will then have the opportunity to taste it accompanied by a traditional artisanal Andalusian mollete.
