What you can expect

Experience a culinary journey in the heart of Rome and discover the secrets to preparing the four most iconic pastas of Roman tradition: cacio e pepe, gricia, carbonara, and amatriciana. The course takes place in a beautiful villa surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, offering an authentic and immersive experience in Roman cuisine.

Guided by chef Cristina, you'll handcraft four different pasta shapes—fettuccine, spaghetti alla chitarra, rigatoni, and bucatini—using traditional tools and ancient techniques. During the lesson, you'll discover stories and fun facts about each dish, delving into Roman gastronomic culture.

The experience kicks off with a tasting of our own organic extra virgin olive oil and a bruschetta aperitif. During the course, you can enjoy prosecco and local wine, working only with fresh and traditional ingredients. The course is suitable for everyone, from beginners to enthusiasts, and will allow you to improve your culinary skills while having fun and socializing.
