What's included, what's not

  • Inclusions
The workshop lasts about 2.5 hours, during which you will learn how to distill using your own still and will leave with the bottle of gin you have produced. You will also have a presentation on the history of alcohol, distillation and gin. To round off the workshop, you'll also enjoy a gin-based cocktail.

Know before you book

    • Not suitable for: Children under 18 years

What you can expect

  • Take part in a distillation workshop at our distillery in Roiffé (near the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud), and discover the secrets of making gin.
This 2.5- to 3-hour experience invites you to create your own gin.
Under the guidance of our expert distillers, you'll learn how to produce gin on your own mini copper still. You will finish your creation by personalizing your own label, and you will leave with your 700-ml bottle of gin (2x350 ml if there are two of you at a single distillation station).
You will learn the secrets of distillation, the selection of botanicals, the different possible styles of gin, and, of course, you will enjoy an excellent homemade cocktail showcasing Wezenn gin.

You also have the option to dine on site or even stay at the Domaine de Roiffé.
