Meet at the Layoule parking lot, on the banks of the Aveyron in Rodez, on the Cardaillac side. We will walk together to a quiet place. We will combine simple breathing exercises that are accessible to everyone, muscle relaxation, positive visualizations, free meditation to the sound of Tibetan singing bowls, and guided meditation. We will end the session by sharing our feelings. Bring a folding chair or a bath towel, cushions, and a mat. Treat yourself to a bubble of well-being to reconnect with yourself and with nature in a calm and caring atmosphere.
