The meeting point is at 8:00 a.m. in Riva Trigoso, a hamlet of Sestri Levante (GE). Here you will meet the mountain guide and begin the approach to the cliff on foot, with a leisurely walk of about 45 minutes.
The location chosen for this day of climbing is truly spectacular: Punta Baffe is a high sandstone wall overlooking the Ligurian Sea and topped by an ancient watchtower.
Once you reach the wall, the tour guide will hold an introductory briefing to explain the basic techniques and safety rules. You will put on your harness and gradually begin your climb, with 9 climbing points of increasing difficulty set up on the wall, up to a maximum of 12 meters. Generally, a beginner climber can climb up to 4-5 meters.
As this is an exclusive experience for small groups (1-5 people), the tour guide will follow you closely at all times and help you progress. If you already have experience, they will give you advice on how to improve your technique. The activity will last a total of 5 hours, including approximately 4 hours of climbing.
