Accompanied by a guide and with the appropriate safety equipment (wetsuit, vest and helmet), you will feel determined to discover the best-kept corners of the river, in the middle of the Arouca Geopark (Unesco territory).

You will progress along the route using simple and highly fun procedures, such as jumping into the water, slides on the rocks and swimming techniques in the clear water lagoons.

The scenery is incredible and you can also count on an interpretation of the fauna and flora that you will find throughout the activity.
