Be immersed in an undeveloped natural haven for wildlife and native plants.

Join Dan and Diesel for a mindful stroll through the Rio Vista Natural Resource Park. Dan, a life coach, advocates for the restorative power of nature, while Diesel, a friendly mastiff, welcomes everyone with open paws. During this 60-minute walk along winding informal trails, you'll explore a landscape rich in native vegetation and wildlife. An optional labyrinth walk is available for those interested. Bring along your thoughts and feelings, and let’s walk and chat together!
