It is essential to enter the full, correct address when booking your ride; otherwise, you may have trouble finding the meeting point and risk arriving late. We recommend planning to arrive before the scheduled time - there may be traffic on the way. We allow up to 10 minutes delay; after that it is considered a No-show. Your guide, wearing a "Jupiter Tour" t-shirt, will be waiting at the São Conrado subway station, Exit C. Once you meet your guide, you will take a local Motorcycle taxi to reach Rocinha. The motorcycle taxi will drop us off at the first stop, and from there, the rest of the tour will be conducted on foot. This experience is for those who value respect, empathy, and cultural understanding.
