Rio de Janeiro Street Carnival: Experience the Magic of the Blocos! (Until February 22, 2026)
Immerse yourself in the most eagerly anticipated and authentic party in Brazil: the Rio de Janeiro Street Carnival, known as the Bloco. During these days, the city transforms into a giant stage brimming with music, dancing, color, and infectious joy.
Join us for this unique experience, where locals and travelers come together to the rhythm of samba, marchinhas, and Brazilian music, parading through Rio’s most iconic streets. You don’t need any prior experience—just a desire to have fun and let yourself be carried away by the energy of Carnival.
If you're shy and not very sociable, don't worry—our group energy is truly contagious.
The meeting point varies depending on the bloco we are visiting, but it will always be a location that is easily accessible by subway and Uber (Copacabana, Ipanema, downtown Rio de Janeiro, etc.).
VERY IMPORTANT:
Valid until February 22, 2026.
We have 4 booking options—always read them carefully and choose wisely.
Let’s go to the blocos!
Let’s go to the official Carnival rehearsals at the Sambodrome!
And you also have the option of visiting an enviable rooftop and swimming in the pool, overlooking part of the Copacabana shoreline! A beautiful setting worthy of a thousand photos.
Option 1. Bloco and rooftop pool with a wonderful view, including a few beers or shots. Depending on the time, we can go to the bloco first or to the pool first.
Option 2. Bloco (only), with shots included.
Option 3. Rooftop pool with a few beers or shots included, to enjoy some calm in the midst of Carnival (pool only; we won't go to the bloco).
Option 4. Official Carnival rehearsals at the Sambadrome (Marquês de Sapucaí). These end on Sunday, February 8, 2026. This is an unforgettable experience that you’ll want to experience again on other days. You’ll see a rehearsal of what will take place on the day of the parade; it’s magical and full of color.
We take you to enjoy Carnival; on the day you choose, you can be on the tour with more people or alone with your guide.
Depending on the time and day, our schedule may vary slightly.
You can arrive after the activity has started; that’s no problem, you’ll enjoy it just the same.
Sometimes the number of people can be overwhelming; if you don’t like crowds, this activity may make you feel uncomfortable.
Bring a credit card that can be used to ride the metro (by contactless payment), but cover or store that card extremely carefully so it doesn’t get lost.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask us, and always remember that your well-being, safety, and happiness are our top priority. We’ll be walking, so please wear comfortable shoes and casual clothing, along with your costume (if you’d like to dress up) or whatever you think is most appropriate for the parties and photos.
Ready to experience one of the best days of your trip? If you enjoy parties packed with locals and tourists, you're going to love this tour.
