These flights are offered in a multi-axis microlight, in an FM250 or Savannah aircraft, with a very comfortable enclosed cabin.
A 45-minute flight that will offer you breathtaking views: you'll gain altitude over the Galets River to fly towards the Cirque de Mafate, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and fly over its various islets (Cayenne, Îlet à Bourse, Grand îlet, Îlet aux Orangers, etc.). You'll also get great views of the other 2 cirques of Reunion Island: Salazie and Cilaos. Next up is Piton Maïdo, then the Saint-Gilles lagoon, and you'll head back to the starting point in Cambaie.
The pilot will be happy to show you the sites you'll fly over and share photos and a video of your experience once it's over.

What to expect
Welcome at the Cambaie microlight base, north of Saint-Paul, with complimentary breakfast (coffee, pastries, and fruit juice)
We'll give you a tour of the aircraft, explain the activity, and go over the safety instructions
Hop on board the microlight
Take off for a 45-minute microlight flight to the Cirque de Mafate, Piton Maïdo, then along the Saint-Gilles lagoon
Smooth landing at the base
Debriefing, receiving your photos and video via WhatsApp, then the activity ends
Parental permission is required for minors participating in the activity without an adult to accompany them to the base.
