Experience the soul of Crete through its flavors and traditions in an exclusive cocktail masterclass at the luxurious Uzenie All-Suites Boutique Resort. Your journey begins at the resort’s entrance, where you will be personally welcomed and escorted to the Uzenie Bar. Set directly by the turquoise waters of the Cretan Sea, this serene beachfront setting provides the perfect backdrop for an immersive sensory experience.

The session starts with an introduction to Crete’s most iconic spirit: tsikoudia. Guided by an expert mixologist, you will explore its diverse varieties, ranging from smooth and floral to robust and earthy. Learn about the centuries-old distillation process and the cultural rituals that make this spirit a symbol of Cretan hospitality.

Next, it’s time to step behind the bar for a hands-on masterclass. Under the guidance of our pro, you will master professional techniques such as balancing complex flavors, layering delicate aromas, and perfecting your garnish presentation. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, including wild Cretan herbs, seasonal citrus, and aromatic thyme honey, you will craft your own signature cocktail inspired by the island’s rich landscapes.

To complete the experience, enjoy your creation alongside curated Cretan bites, specifically selected to enhance the flavor profile of your drink. As you sip your cocktail and listen to the stories behind each ingredient, you’ll discover the vibrant essence of Crete in every drop. This is more than a class; it is a relaxed, interactive, and truly memorable journey into the heart of Cretan culture.
