Immersed in nature, surrounded by horses, we will observe the herds of horses. We will observe how they live, how they move, how they relate to each other, and we will discover why they are authentic masters in the practice of “here” and “now” and fabulous gauges of authenticity and coherence.
Next we will practice several Mindfulness techniques, to live in the present, to be in the now, to recognize what is happening while it is happening, actively accepting the flow of the experience as it is happening.
Mindfulness is the full awareness of yourself, others and your environment, using all your senses. It allows each person to cultivate their resilience, adopting more positive and effective ways of being and acting.
Horses are social and highly emotional animals, capable of perceiving our emotions immediately.
It does not require prior knowledge of meditation or horses, everything is done on foot, no riding.
