In the heart of Helsinki, try how it feels floating around in cold water staying completely warm and dry. With our instructor, hear about rescue at sea, hypotermia and about the benefits in starting ice swimming! Relax lying on top of the water or jump around on floating ice rafts during the winter season (when there is ice). This activity is always done in natural conditions and in the water. In open water season we focus on the rescue at sea, relaxation and also survival techniques. In ice conditions we focus on ice behavior, its effects and relaxation. You can come as you are in normal seasonal clothing to a on-shore location agreed. We provide you with everything you need for the float. Locations may vary due to weather conditions.
