In Recanati, a few steps from the home of Giacomo Leopardi, the Orto sul Colle dell’Infinito is the vegetable garden of an ancient monastery and the site where the poet set his famous poem L’Infinito in 1819.
Following a long restoration, it is today possible to stroll around and take a seat in this place. The garden is the last leg of a “guided tour” inside the poem, a tour that invites the visitor, through immersive projections and engaging experiences, to rediscover the meaning of the few short lines, masterpieces of Italian culture.
