Start your day with hotel pick up to go on a first half-day journey to the south peninsula of the island. Visit the Orongo Ceremonial Village, the birdman competition cult site nestled on the Rano Kau Crater. Then, see the Ahu Vinapu and Ahu Tahira ceremonial site.
We will go back to hotel at 13:00 pm to restart the route at 15:00 pm.
In the afternoon, for the second halfday excursion we go to the northwest zone of the island to visit the Puna Pau Quarry, where the islanders carved the stone for the topknots of the moai statues. Then, keep going to the 7 Moai plataform of Ahu Akivi. Finish the day at Tahai Village, the ceremonial center.
At 18:00 pm we go back to hotel.
On the second day, after pick up at your hotel we go on a fullday excursion to visit the eastside of the island and it main monumental archaeological sites. We will visit the Vaihu Complex, the great Akahanga Village, where the first king of Rapa Nui is buried by traditions.
We keep going to visit the great Rano Raraku Quarry, were remain the stone for the island's statues and almost 50% of the island statues still there resting.
Stop for lunch at restaurant just in front of the quarry of Moai.
After lunch, stop at The Ahu Tongariki plataform and admire its 15 restaured moai statues, including the heaviest statue to ever be erected on the island. Then, visit Te Pito Kura the navel of the world, where you can admire the largest moai statue ever built, measuring 15m tall.
Next and for an great ending, enjoy an hour of free time at Anakena Beach were the Ahu Nau Nau also is stablished. Admire scenic views of a palm forest set against this white sandy beach.
After this free time we go back to hotel to finish the journey.
