This Eco Whale Watching Experience from Rainbow Beach to Double Island Point is truly unique. As we float in our kayaks, Humpback Whales are passing by, appearing relaxed and at ease. They feel secure because there’s no engine noise disturbing them. This eco-friendly approach is the best way to observe whales and other marine life in their natural habitat. Some days, the whales might be very curious and come close to us, while other days, they may stay further away. Every day is different but it’s important that it’s always on their terms.

We are a fully permitted whale watching operator with general tour and private tour options, both available for this unique experience.

ITINERARY:

-Pick up from Rainbow Beach in 4×4 vehicles
-Beach 4X4 drive with breathtaking views of the National Park, watch whales pass by (Jun-Oct), and observe the coloured sand cliffs. Commentary along the way.
-Arrival at Double Island Point
-Set up equipment and participate in a safety briefing.
-Guided, Eco Friendly Whale Watching Kayaking, while enjoying the spectacular natural surroundings and encountering local marine life.
-Other marine life includes bottlenose dolphins, various types of turtles and rays in the crystal-clear waters of the protected Marine Park.
-Leisure Time to swim or relax on the picturesque beach.
