Discover the underwater world with the AIDA 1 Star Freediving Course in Railay, Krabi.

The AIDA 1 course is a great starting point for anyone curious about freediving or looking to explore the underwater world in a safe and relaxed way. By the end, you’ll feel comfortable holding your breath and diving to a shallow depth with a buddy.

Over the course, you’ll:

  • Discover Freediving Basics: Learn about breath control, relaxation, basic equalization and how your body works when diving.
  • Confined Water Training: Practice breath-hold and finning underwater to improve your relaxation, breath control, and comfort.
  • Open Water Introduction: Experience your first open water dives, applying your new skills safely with a buddy.

This course offers two options: complete it in one day (pool session only, no certification) or in two days (pool and open water, certification included).
