When possible, the boat will be equipped with a hydrophone that will allow you to hear the whale songs when they get close. Humpback whales are here for the winter to have their babies & mate before heading back to Alaska. The whale season on Kauai is like nothing you have ever seen. During the thick of the season, our coastline feels completely filled with whales and the newly born calf.
