    • Sweet tooth: Golden waffles topped with creamy maple sauce, wild berries and grated chocolate
    • Terroir omelette: Organic ham omelette with Le Canotier cheese from L'Isle-aux-Grues, local mozzarella, caramelized onions and asparagus
    • Vegan casserole: Potatoes, vegan sausage and vegan cheese, roasted peppers, coulis of tomato and butternut squash
