What you can expect

Step aboard for an unforgettable sunset dinner cruise on the St. Lawrence River. Escape the everyday and discover Québec City from a whole new perspective as you sail past iconic landmarks like Château Frontenac, Old Québec, and Montmorency Falls illuminated against the evening sky. Wander between indoor lounges and outdoor decks, soaking in the views before sitting down to a refined, locally inspired meal prepared on board by our executive chef.

Your journey unfolds over 3.5 hours, beginning with panoramic views of North America’s oldest city. After departure, the boat glides eastward past Old Québec, Île d’Orléans, and Montmorency Falls. On the return, you’ll cruise toward the Québec and Pierre-Laporte bridges, reaching Cap-Rouge before heading back to the city’s glittering waterfront.

Dinner is a highlight in itself. Choose from a 3 or 5-course bistronomic menu showcasing fresh, regional ingredients.

Sample bistronomic menu (subject to seasonal changes):
- Amuse-bouche: Shrimp and mackerel smoked with pepper from Fumoir d’Antan, raspberry extract and honey pearls
- Appetizer: Guinea fowl confit salad with black garlic honey–infused pearl barley, quail egg, ground cherry and ice cider vinaigrette
