This guided e-bike experience takes place entirely inside Mercadante Forest, a wooded area of central Puglia characterized by continuous tree cover, compact dirt roads, and limited external noise.

The route follows secondary forest tracks and natural paths suitable for e-bikes. The riding pace is intentionally slow and controlled. This is not a performance ride and does not include frequent stops, explanations, or narration.

At a specific point along the route, the group stops and dismounts.
Bikes are parked away from the track, and participants remain off the bike for a short, defined period.

No commentary, tastings, or activities are introduced during this stop.
Participants are asked to remain still and observe the surrounding environment, including forest sounds, filtered light through the trees, and the natural microclimate of the area.

After the silent stop, the ride continues along a loop route that returns to the starting point.
