  • Children 6–17 years old must ride with an adult. Children 5 and younger are not allowed.
  • You must be 18 or older and present a valid photo ID to ride alone.
  • You must weigh less than 485 pounds (220 kg). If you are pregnant, you should not take part.
  • You do not need previous riding experience.
  • Check-in is 30 minutes prior to the booked start time.
  • In order to inform you about the exact meeting point ubication it is important that you provided us the name of your hotel or acomodation at the time of the booking.
  • All equipment will be sanitized at the beginning and end of the operation day
  • Public areas will be sanitized constantly during the day
  • Tour will operate under reduced capacity and all personnel will use face mask and antibacterial gel 70 pct.

Halfway through the journey, you reach the Piletas, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the clear waters of a natural spring waterfall. Hours of adventure on winding roads, with views of mountains and the River Cuale Canyon make this an unforgettable experience for any visitor.
