  • Soak up the views and atmosphere of Chile's Araucania region on this horseback trail riding tour. In a small group of no more than eight people, ride along trails that lead you through lush forest and open pastures; along the Liucura River; and into the forest of the Carhuello mountain range. Along the way you'll enjoy views of Villarrica, Quetrupillan, and Lanin volcanoes and stop at a waterfall.

    On the half-day trek, starting on the ranch, ride on single trails in pastures, along the Liucura river, and into the forest of the Carhuello mountain range. On this ride, combine narrow trails in lush forest with riding on open meadows and along a wild river. In many parts, enjoy great views over three volcanoes: Villarrica, Quetrupillan, and Lanin.

    On the way, stop at a small but stunningly beautiful waterfall. On this ride, you will usually walk, trot, canter, and gallop, but you will start quite slowly so everyone gets used to their horse and vice versa.

    Enjoy a juice and sandwich for the break on the 4-hour ride.
