At 08:00 – 08:30 AM, we’ll pick you up from your hotel and take you to the Bamboo Bridge over the Ma River, where you can enjoy scenic views and watch local artisans at work. After crossing the bridge, you’ll cycle through Chieng Ai Village, stopping to visit local families, learn about rice wine production, and sample homemade rice wine. You'll also explore a traditional home, hear local historical stories, and join a cooking class, culminating in a family-prepared meal. After lunch, unwind with a unique natural “BMW” experience—a buffalo cart ride led by the family’s cherished buffalo, offering a glimpse into the region’s culture and hospitality. Next, visit the serene Hieu Waterfall, an ideal retreat for relaxation after a morning of activities. Conclude your day exploring the local landscape, including rice paddies and streams, before returning to your lodge in Pu Luong Nature Reserve by 4:00 PM.

At 08:00 – 08:30 AM, after check-out, your guide will pick you up for a journey through rice fields and mountains to Lan Village. Here, you’ll visit a Thai household to observe silk weaving, from cocoon to fabric, and even try weaving your own silk. Next, you’ll head to Chieu Lau Village, where you can observe traditional farming methods and see the ancient waterwheels in action. At 10:00 AM, begin a scenic 4km trek from Chieu Lau to Cham Stream, stopping at a local home along the way for a warm cultural experience. By 10:45 AM, arrive at Cham Stream for a bamboo rafting adventure and savor a delicious lunch on the boat, floating peacefully through forests, rice fields, and picturesque villages. (If the weather is warm, bring a swimsuit and towel for a refreshing dip.) By 12:30 PM, check out of the lodge, and between 01:00 – 01:30 PM, start your return journey to Hanoi, arriving back in the city around 06:30 – 07:00 PM.
