Begin your journey toward Lan Village, walking through scenic rice fields and mountain landscapes.
Visit a traditional Thai stilt house, where you’ll learn about the full silk-making process — from cocoon to finished textile — and even try weaving yourself.
Continue to Chieng Lau Village to observe local farming practices and see traditional bamboo waterwheels in operation.
10:00 | Trek to Cham Stream
Start a scenic 4 km trek from Chieng Lau to Cham Stream. Along the way, stop at a local home to experience authentic hospitality and gain deeper insight into daily life.
10:45 | Bamboo rafting & lunch
Arrive at Cham Stream and board a bamboo raft for a relaxing journey downstream. Drift past lush forests, rice fields, and peaceful villages from a unique perspective.
Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch served on the raft. During warm weather, you may also have the opportunity to swim in the clear stream. (Please bring a swimsuit and towel.)
The experience ends with a sense of calm and connection, offering a deeper understanding of life shaped by river, land, and time in Pu Luong.
12:00 | End of the tour
Your guide and driver will transfer you back to your hotel in Pu Luong, or drop you off at the meeting point for your onward journey to Hanoi or Ninh Binh.
