What you can expect

The Santa Barbara cenotes in the Mayan town of Homun are known worldwide for being the most beautiful cenotes in Yucatan!

Immerse yourself in the magic of the Yucatan Peninsula and discover the natural wonder of our 4 Mayan cenotes with crystal-clear waters. Your adventure begins from the moment you enter the parador, where we will give you a life jacket, guaranteeing your safety in this unique experience.

At “Cenotes de Santa Bárbara”, we offer you the freedom to choose your own path. You can choose to tour the cenotes by bicycle, feeling the fresh breeze as you delve into nature. Another option is the truck, an old means of transportation used in the hacienda era, pulled by horses, which will take you through the trails and immerse you in the history of the region. Also, you can board a van that will take you to the first cenote, thus beginning your exciting journey.
Explore the beauty of each cenote, admire the transparency of its waters and feel the connection with the Mayan land. After enjoying this unique experience, return to the parador and recharge your batteries in our restaurant, where we offer you authentic traditional Yucatecan food. Delight yourself with dishes prepared with care and love, with handmade tortillas that enhance the flavors of the region.
