Your guide and driver will meet you in your hotel's lobby in Xining at prearranged time. Heading directly to Qinghai Lake, which takes about 2.5 hours. Sit back and enjoy the secrecies along the way. Your tour guide will explain the related histories and stories on the way, feel free to ask questions if you have. On the way, if you want to stop some where for photos, please let your tour guide.  Qinghai Lake, in Mongolian language means blue lake. At an altitude of over 3,000 meters. It is the largest inland lake as well as the largest saline lake in China. The source of Qinghai Lake relies on the direct runoff and rainfalls, as well, another over 40 rivers empty into the lake. As a paradise for birdwatchers and cyclists, the blue water is fascinating. Around the lake, ethnic groups villages are there to remind the culture mix of Qinghai region. Qinghai Lake is an important place in history which has been the traditional meeting place between Mongolian and Tibetan societies. Accompanied by your tour guide, gets to know the local people, history and life. You can choose to take the boat on the lake to enjoy the amazing view, or riding the horse along the lake at your own cost. Later, you will stop at a local restaurant for lunch.   Afterwards, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Xining. On the way back, if you want to stop at any place for photos, just let your guide know.
