This is a fully private Italian cooking experience, hosted in a real Milanese home by a true Italian chef, born and based in Italy. It is not a cooking school and not a group class — the experience is designed exclusively for you and your guests, with full attention and flexibility.

Before the experience, we will choose the menu together, based entirely on your tastes and preferences. You are free to decide what you would like to cook and eat: fresh handmade pasta, risotto, pizza, traditional Italian sauces, classic desserts, or other Italian specialties. There is no fixed menu — everything is customized and agreed in advance, making each experience truly one of a kind. Of course 100% plant-based!

On the day of the class, you’ll be welcomed into a warm and authentic Milanese home with a small Italian aperitivo. From the very beginning, the atmosphere is relaxed and informal, just like being invited into a local home rather than attending a scheduled activity.

The cooking experience is completely hands-on. We cook together step by step, and I guide you through real Italian techniques, sharing tips, stories, and culinary traditions along the way. The pace adapts naturally to you: whether you are a complete beginner or already love cooking, the class is shaped around your level and curiosity. Questions are always welcome, and nothing is rushed.

Unlike standard cooking classes, there is no strict script or preset timeline. The focus is on enjoying the process, learning authentically, and creating something meaningful together. This personal approach allows you to dive deeper into Italian cuisine while still feeling comfortable and at ease.

Once the cooking is complete, we sit down together at the table to enjoy everything we’ve prepared, accompanied by wine, water, and coffee — just like in a real Italian home. This shared meal is an essential part of the experience and often becomes the most memorable moment.

After the class, you will receive a digital recipe booklet, so you can recreate the dishes at home and relive the experience in your own kitchen.
