You are going to cook local and traditional Greek recipes with the valuable help of chef Irini, the chef of Vigla Hotel. As part of this class, you will learn to cook 2 Greek dishes or 1 dessert with most of the ingredients coming from our orchards such as aubergines, potatoes, tomatoes, courgettes, olives, and, of course, oil from our olive groves. You will get hands-on training from our experienced local chef that will show you cooking techniques that can easily be repeated at home. You will learn to cook "gemista", one of the most popular Greek dishes of most Greeks and many, many more. Last but not least, you are going to taste what you have cooked on a terrace with a panoramic view.
