The Hacienda de Corralejo is a historic estate located in the municipality of Penjamo, in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. The hacienda was established in the late 18th century, during the colonial period, and was primarily used for the production of agave and the distillation of tequila. The hacienda has a long and storied history, and was at one time owned by the famous revolutionary hero, Miguel Hidalgo, who used it as a base for his insurgent army during the Mexican War of Independence.
