What you can expect

  • The Sanctuary of Fatima is the place where there was a series of appearances of the Virgin Mary in 1917, to the three shepherds Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta. From this, a chapel was built in honor of Our Lady of Fatima, and, over the years, the space has become a complex of churches, squares, monuments and museums, which tell the history of apparitions and development of the worship of the virgin.
    The environment is especially sacred, with an atmosphere of devotion and faith that feels in every piece of the sanctuary.
