You'll arrive at a carefully selected estate — one of those addresses locals keep to themselves far from the tourist traps— for a guided tour and a tasting of Rioja red and white wines, including Reserva and Gran Reserva vintages.

The afternoon takes you to Cenicero and into a calado: ancient wine cellars carved into the rock, where locals have gathered for centuries over good wine and good food. You'll have lunch here like a true local, with traditional Riojano dishes served in their original setting.
