What you can expect

  • Discover central Vietnam's unspoiled beauty on a private tour of Bach Ma National Park. Spend an entire day exploring the park's expansive grounds including a visit to Do Quyen Waterfall and the Hai Vong Dai promontory, and dine on a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.

Get picked up from your Hue hotel and head south along Lang Co Bay. After a brief journey, arrive at the park gates and begin exploring Bach Ma National Park's 54,363-acre (22,000-ha) grounds. Lauded for its steep mountain faces and dense forests, the park is a nature-lover's haven with a dizzying variety of native species.

Follow along as your knowledgeable guide leads you to Do Quyen Waterfall where you can glimpse thundering falls charting a forceful course through a wooded mountain. Enjoy a savory lunch at a nearby restaurant inside the park. Then, head to Hai Vong Dai—a lovely observation point where you can revel in panoramic views of the East Vietnam Sea.

Finally, take a leisurely stroll through the park, keeping your eyes peeled for wildlife including langur, macaque, and deer. Before your memorable excursion is through, chat with your guide about Bach Ma's history, and learn about its origins as a national park dating back to 1986.
