The Tena rafting trip begins in the city and takes you into the jungle for about 45 minutes to our put-in site near Cando village. You'll be provided with a life jacket and helmet, receive a thorough safety briefing, meet your guide, and learn the paddling techniques necessary to navigate the river. Once prepared, we'll launch the boat and you'll immediately experience the thrill of the first rapids, including the exhilarating Pimpilala. From there, you'll encounter more exciting whitewater, explore a hidden canyon, float along stunning river cliffs, and have the opportunity to swim in refreshing waters. We'll make a stop at a spacious riverside beach for a delightful picnic lunch, complete with fresh tropical fruits, soft drinks, juice, and water.
