The Keukenhof is a flower park in Lisse, 45 minutes from Amsterdam. The park has an area of 32 hectares, and attracts more then 1 million people each year with its millions of flowers.

Beside the flowers, the Keukenhof also has exhibitions of special flowers with a new flower each week. Some examples of these themes are roses, orchids, and chrysanthemums.

Tour the wooden dwellings, windmills, and quaint little shops. Above all, you can admire the traditional mills scattered throughout the town, each of which has its own purpose: there's a paint mill, oil mill, saw mill, spice mill, and more.
