Pick up from your residence in Xiamen, transfer to the ferry for a boat trip to Gulangyu. Take a peaceful walk and appreciate various old buildings before visiting Union Church, the first Christian church on the island,  and climb Sunlight Rock, the highest point on the island, from which you can gain a panoramic view of the beautiful island.

Zhongshan Road Walking Street

Take the ferry back to Xiamen Island. Then taking a stroll down the centuries-old Zhongshan Pedestrian Street where you can buy some Xiamen local specialties and cultural artifacts, try some Xiamen local snacks such as Shacha noodles, Oyster omelet and Spring roll.

Xiamen Lundu Port

Continue to visit the  8th Market, Xiamen's largest traditional market. In the market, you can trace the most simple and real Xiamen local features. Seen from a higher building, the 8th market is nestling among a complex of the most ancient houses. Transfer back to your hotel in the end.
